Step-1
Order by the Customer
On completion of one-time paperwork formality, the customer order is received.
Step-2
Order Confirmation
On receipt of the order request from the customer, it is confirmed by the BioAltus team.
Step-3
Customer Consent
Only after the Rates, MRP, packaging, and brand name have been agreed upon by the customer and advance payment is processed, the order will proceed further.
Step-4
Artwork Preparation
As per the customer’s preference, the artwork department looks into the packaging.
Step-5
Production Planning
Simultaneously, the order is passed down to the Confirmed Orders section (PPIC department) for planning and production.
Step-6
Dispatch & Delivery
Once the order is ready as per the agreed upon requirements, the customer intimated about the same and dispatched within the committed time frame.
